(More customer reviews)The trimmer arrived promptly but it had obviously been used. The bags were all open, small parts were loose in the box and there were signs of wear on the body of the trimmer. Obviously Amazon should disclose when goods it sells are not new. However it worked fine trimming laminate. Of course it is not a heavy duty router and extended heavy duty use might do it in, but for a trimmer it seems sturdy and did the job at a very reasonable price.
