(More customer reviews)I received my bowl making kit ahead of projected schedule and it works great. As expected from CMT, the product itself is robust well made and holds an edge. I bought the kit on a whim to make a few bowls and it was allot of fun. If I were to have any complaint, it would be about how much wood it takes to make a bowl. I estimated the wood alone for my first one cost between $35 and $40 for a bowl using walnut and maple. The DVD gives great instructions and was easy to follow. If I can do it, anyone can. This is a great kit to make gifts for Christmas and to get your older kids involved in woodworking.
There area cheaper kits out there, but the quality of the others isn't worth the frustration.
