(More customer reviews)The sharp carbide cuts well, and works nicely with Incra jigs. There is, however, a surprising amount of chatter on half-blind pin cuts that seems to not respond to changes in feed rate or cutter speed. The resulting vibration is severe enough to upset the depth setting on the plunge router, ruining the joint and the piece. The top of the dovetail bits are single sharp points at each flute, rather than a flat scraping edge. However, I haven't identified the cause, and don't necessarily suspect the bit or the design of the cutter. In other use, the bits are sharp, and yield very fine, clean shavings with very little dust.
