What this actually is, is one of those holders that holds the CAT-40 or BT-40 toolholder either tool-up, or on it's side with 2 stations on the device, neither of which lock the toolholder in place.
It DOES NOT tilt like shown here.
In fact, it is the same as the Chinese stuff you find here: [...].
In fact, it is no better quality than the Chinese examples I've seen. Further, there is no Country of Origin marking on it, which leads me to believe it is Chinese, not Taiwanese like many Jacobs items.
Too bad there is so much error present in the Amazon marketing of these Jacobs tools. Makes buying them quite a crapshoot.
