(More customer reviews)The Milescraft 1203 TurnLock Router Circle and Edge Cutting Guide, which also gets the Craftsman logo stuck on it and sold as #00925968000 is a reasonably well made, quite accurate edge and circle guide when some incredibly bad choices in materials are fixed.
The edge guide consists of a pretty standard acrylic universal base plate, which snaps into a larger base plate with spring loaded "tangs" that hold it in place securely. The arm piece that sets the distance to either the circle center, or edge guide piece is a T slot sort of aluminum extrusion with special T boltish looking pieces with 1/4-20 threads (this is IMPORTANT). Unfortunately in the efforts to keep costs down, those 1/4" -20 threads use knobs that are 100% soft plastic.
You read that right. SOFT PLASTIC. Meaning the first time you apply ANY sort of pressure the threads instantly blow out. I found this out the hard way trying to cut parallel slots in plywood.
Simply put, I do NOT regret buying mine, BUT, in order to make it useful, I had to go to the local big woodworking store, and buy a fist full of 1/4" - 2 star knobs. This adds to the cost somewhat. I however know I will not ever have to worry about the threads on the knobs blowing out again...
I give this product a 2 because of this bone headed choice in materials. The problem is so blatantly obvious that it should have NEVER passed a design review with the manufacturer, and COULD be a safety hazzard. If Milescraft had chosen proper hardware instead of going so cheap, I would have rated it a 4.
Please do not let my review steer you away from this guide. It is a good tool, but you WILL have to replace the knobs before using it to avoid damage to your workpiece, and potentially, yourself.
Take a look at my other reviews. I am not prone to slamming products unduly.

The Milescraft TurnLock Router Circle and Edge Cutting Guide allows you to easily and accurately cut circles and arcs up to 51 inches in diameter and to make edge-guided cuts up to 13-3/8 inches from the board's edge, all with one tool. Made of a sturdy 20-inch aluminum beam for stability when making internal or external cuts, this product also features a 7-inch clear base plate which is scratch-resistant and fits most popular routers up to 7-1/4 inches in diameter. Using patented TurnLock technology, the guide mounts and dismounts easily from your router in seconds, without tools or hardware. Once in place, the base plate accepts all Milescraft TurnLock bushings through a simple twist and lock action. Because the guide and base plate are transparent, you can easily watch the cutting action for greater accuracy; center marks on see-through parts allow for easy alignment.
