(More customer reviews)When I received this set I was immediately displeased - The box was broken in 3 places (probably the fault of some rouge UPS man that enjoys playing football with packages) and when I used the contact information on the box itself I found that the company that made it is out of business. As it turns out Hickory is originally a product of TWC (The Woodworkers Choice) and was backed up by only a 1 year warranty but at least they were their to help out. Since Porter Cable liquidated TWC over a year ago they have been flushing the product they could not get rid of through places like this to people who don't know any better. I also found the bits to be sub-par in performance. I immediately broke the chamfer bit putting a 1/4" deep decorative edge on a oak cabinet face but guess what NO ONE TO CALL ABOUT A WARRANTY ON THIS BLOODY BIT. Overall this set has been a source of disappointment in my shop and I don't like not having anybody to talk to when I do have a problem with their product. These days HEADACHES can be bought pretty cheap.
