(More customer reviews)the cutting bit is not sharp because it leaves gouges in my wood I contacted them and the product is on the way back so they can look at it I have only used it twice and it was on white pine (soft wood) not a verry hard wood. The people their at magnate are nice freindly I give you a 10 out of 10 for customer service but the product a 2 out of 10.
